Terms of Service.

Article 1 — Scope

These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of the parties when subscribing to an Iron IPTV plan. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Provider

Iron IPTV LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed in the State of Wyoming, USA, with registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Article 3 — Service provided

Iron provides access to a catalog of live TV channels and on-demand content (movies, series) via the IPTV protocol. The service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance operations and force majeure events.

The exact catalog scope, simultaneous-connection count, and support level vary by plan. See order page for details.

Article 4 — Order

The customer orders online from iron-iptv.io by following the steps: duration selection → personal information → payment. The order becomes firm and final upon payment validation.

Iron reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including fraud suspicion or prior dispute history.

Article 5 — Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Iron accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, ACH bank transfer, and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

All online payments are secured by a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. No card data is stored by Iron.

Article 6 — Service delivery

As the service is fully digital, activation occurs by sending credentials to the email address provided at order time. For immediate payments (card, PayPal, crypto): average 5-minute activation, within 30 minutes maximum. For ACH bank transfers: activation upon receipt (1 to 24 business hours).

Article 7 — Refund & 14-day guarantee

Under U.S. federal law, digital services consumed at the customer's express request are generally not subject to a federal cooling-off period.

Iron commercial guarantee: notwithstanding the above, Iron extends a full refund on request for 14 days, even if the service has been used, provided you email support@iron-iptv.io with your order number. Refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Article 8 — Term & renewal

The subscription is concluded for the duration selected at order time (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). At the end of this period, service ends automatically. No tacit renewal is practiced. Customers wishing to continue must place a new order.

Article 9 — Customer obligations

• Use the service for personal purposes only. Resale, commercial sharing, or public broadcasting of credentials is strictly prohibited and results in termination without refund.
• Do not exceed the simultaneous-connection count permitted by your plan.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any fraudulent use resulting from customer negligence engages the customer's sole responsibility.

Article 10 — Iron's liability

Iron commits to a best-efforts obligation in service delivery, not a results obligation. Iron cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by:

• the customer's internet connection;
• the customer's equipment failures;
• scheduled maintenance operations (notified 24h in advance);
• force majeure events as defined under applicable law.

Iron's liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 11 — Suspension & termination

Iron reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in case of material breach of these Terms, including resale, fraudulent sharing, repeated simultaneous-connection abuse, or attempts to compromise service integrity. No refund is owed in such cases.

Article 12 — Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the CCPA/CPRA.

Article 14 — Dispute resolution & arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in Sheridan, Wyoming. The customer and Iron each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this clause. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Article 15 — Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any remaining disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Article 16 — Acceptance

The customer acknowledges having read these Terms, understood them, and accepting them without reservation. A copy may be provided upon request.
