About Iron IPTV — History, team and infrastructure
Who we are

A team of five. Infrastructure for fifty thousand.

Iron IPTV was founded in February 2023 in Wyoming to solve a simple problem: most IPTV services sold to American customers are slow, unstable, and operated anonymously from offshore. We wanted to build the opposite — a US-registered company with fast, transparent infrastructure and accountable humans answering support.

Adrian Voss

Founder · CEO

Adrian has worked in streaming and CDN infrastructure since 2018. Previously a network engineer for a US-based ISP, he spent four years optimizing video delivery on 4G/5G networks before founding Iron IPTV in 2023.

His technical obsession — latency during peak hours — comes from a pattern repeated with every customer: all IPTV services are fast on a Tuesday afternoon; few stay fast on Sunday night during NFL primetime. Iron IPTV was built around that exact moment.

"A good IPTV service is judged on three nights: Sunday Night Football, NBA Finals Game 7, and a UFC pay-per-view. Hold those three peaks and you hold the year."

Adrian is reachable directly by email for any commercial or advanced technical question. For day-to-day support, our team of three specialists handles WhatsApp and email.

Our story

Why we built Iron.

In early 2022, after three years troubleshooting streaming on US carrier networks, Adrian noticed a recurring pattern in customer forums: hundreds of users were paying offshore IPTV services that abandoned them at the worst moment — during a game, at 9 PM, with no reachable support. Providers were anonymous, based overseas, with no legal entity to hold accountable.

The idea for Iron IPTV came from that frustration. Not from commercial opportunism — from an engineering question. Was it possible to build IPTV infrastructure that held up during Sunday night peaks, operated from the US, with an identifiable team and real English-speaking support? The answer turned out to be yes — but it took 14 months of R&D before our first sale.

Our technical approach

Most IPTV services use a single source per channel. When that source goes down, the channel goes down. Iron uses a multi-source architecture with automatic failover: each premium channel has 2 to 4 mirrors, and our monitoring system switches the active stream in under 60 seconds if quality degrades.

Our distributed caching layer runs across three points: Ashburn, VA (AWS), Dallas, TX (DataBank), and Los Angeles, CA (Equinix). This geographic redundancy lets us hold US prime-time peaks without perceptible degradation.

Our commitments

  • Legal transparency. Our LLC registration, registered agent address, and EIN status are published below. See Company Info.
  • Human support. Four real people answer support from the US. No chatbots, no offshore call centers.
  • 14-day guarantee. If Iron isn't for you, full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
  • No auto-renewal. No surprise charges. The subscription ends on the date you picked.
  • CCPA-compliant data handling. We store the minimum: email and payment history. No behavioral tracking, no data resale.

Where we're going

Our 2026-2027 roadmap focuses on three axes: (1) opening a fourth CDN point in Atlanta to lower latency in the Southeast, (2) shipping native Iron apps on Apple TV and Android TV (currently in private beta), and (3) publishing a quarterly public uptime report — measured uptime, incidents, resolution time.

We believe operational transparency is what separates a durable service from an ephemeral one. If you want to test before subscribing, write to us: we offer a personalized demo on motivated request.

Our principles

What drives our decisions.

Hold the peaks, not the average

An IPTV service is judged on its worst moments, not its best. Our infrastructure is sized for Sunday night, not Tuesday morning.

Be identifiable

A team, real names, a registered LLC, an EIN. If something goes wrong, you know who to call — and we know we'll be held accountable.

Reject lock-in

No commitment, no hidden renewal, 14-day refund guaranteed. If Iron is good, you'll come back on your own.
